But they&#8217;ve always been in the City. (that means Manhattan) Until now, that is.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/davidtallacksen.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/02\/080215_rat.jpg\" title=\"Rat invades JC\"><img src=\"http:\/\/davidtallacksen.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2008\/02\/080215_rat.thumbnail.jpg\" alt=\"Rat invades JC\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>We&#8217;ve got some new construction &#8211; undoubtedly more over-priced and ugly condos &#8211; taking place just down the road. And the other day, the rat showed up.
