About two weeks ago we got some snow, but it was short-lived and mushy, so it didn’t stick to the ground. Well, this morning I woke up to this:

snow!

Not too much of the white stuff, but the squeezebox tells me we’ll have snow and a wintry mix today. To get in the mood, I turned on the squeezebox, went to one of the internet radio categories, and tuned into one of the 41 (!) holiday channels. So I’ve got Perry Como and Nat King Cole and Manheim Steamroller and other classics playing. Pretty cool. And I was also inspired to whip up a little egg casserole – Mom’s basic recipe, but adding spinach, green onions and bacon on top. It’s smelling good!

No snow for us, just cold (35) and wind – lots of wind. Your casserole sounds good – I’ll be right over!
