Can’t you just hear the Copland tune?

dinner steak

We had another tasty dinner thanks to our Christmas gift from Derek and Heidi. We’ve still got some hot dogs and burgers left in our freezer. Tonight’s dinner was steak with a horseradish sauce, broccoli with cheese and baked potatoes with a sour cream/butter/cheese/roasted garlic topping. It was quite hearty, if not altogether healthy. We had a very early dinner (about 4:45 p.m.) so David could get back to the station for another late night at work. But the coming week should be a bit less hectic, thank goodness.

And we had a nice view out the back window to accompany dinner. A little snow!

David found it a little difficult to capture the snow in the picture, but it was coming down pretty hard for a bit and blowing all over the place. Of course, it’s stopped now. Argh.

Restaurant quality! And beautifully presented. We all should have been there for a bite.
