That’s Dorthaan Kirk. Around the station, we call her Mama Kirk* (or simply DK), because in many ways she’s the mother of WBGO: she’s been with the station its full 30 years of existence. She’s also the widow of saxophonist Rahsaan Roland Kirk. Read more about him here:

* DK also assigns most employees at WBGO a name as well. When I first came to WBGO, she called me Steve, because she thought I looked like a Steve. Then WBGO hired a Steve, so she called me David number one (there was/is another – and actually now a third). That quickly became just “number one.” Then I moved up to Operations Director, and I became and continue to be “Oops.” It’s handy for when we’re walking a tight corner by her office and almost bump into each other, she can say “oops!” both as an exclamation and greeting.
