I know the state of commercial news is bad, but this seems like an all-time low by CNN.com. Yes, this is an actual screen grab of their frontpage a few days back.

Well, I’m sure either Day to Day or the Bryant Park Project or maybe Fair Game with Faith Salie would have covered the story… oh wait, those shows got canned! I guess I’ll have to stick to the Daily Show for all my news coverage. If I had a TV, that is.

Completely agree with you on this point. CNN is one of the worst places to go for news. It seems that its objective is anything with “shock factor” regardless of the story or how colorful their reporters make the stories.

If CNN is the only news outlet brave enough to tell the real story about zombies, you give them some respect, mister!
