You mean Doug and Aurora who didn’t close today. Had all of our paperwork signed by 10:30 a.m. and the selling bank has been dragging its heels on signing/approving the HUD form. They originally said it’d take *three days* to approve the form. They were then supposed to get it done this morning. Still no dice. No, the numbers haven’t changed at all. Yes, they’ve approved this deal previously. Unfortunately, all of the financial docs are based on today’s closing date, so changing to tomorrow may complicate things. Argh. The saga continues…
