A while back I purchased a couple new house plants. This one, as you can see, is not doing so well. It was transplanted to its current pot, and is kept in a west-facing window, so it gets a decent amount but not tons of sunlight. Ideas?

Sometimes overwatering causes yellow leaf. I believe that is a Diffenbachia plant. Google it and see if there are any tips.

Does indeed look similar to diffenbachia, so could be. Hmmm, one site says it likes moist soil and high humidity, yet wikipedia says it likes dry climates. I guess we’ll see. Hope we don’t kill it!

So far we’ve kept it drier, and no more yellow leaves. Looks promising!

Looks better than most of ours so I’ll look for everyone else’s advice!
