Looks like David has caved on taking in a third cat, as seen in the previous post. Any ideas for names? I’m thinking that something that plays on its long hair or small size might be nice but am open to other ideas.

I like that idea!
We’re pretty sure it’s a girl but will get confirmation on that at the vet tomorrow. I’m thinking mostly of names that end with a long ‘e’ sound. I had the idea of Sofie this morning, but I’m not sure that would be to David’s liking.

It does seem like it’s best to use a two-syllable name that ends in the long e sound. I don’t know why that is.
Sofie – seems a little soft in character for the cat.
Marley – maybe a little too butch, I don’t know.
The vet assistant seemed surprised that we hadn’t named it yet.
