Recipe and comments about the style here. Don’t get ambitious like me and try to double up by doing one pizza underneath and one on the stone at the same time – this affects the stone’s ability to heat and get that crisp crust. I think the pizza was quite good, especially the ‘plain’ cheese pizza, a perfect combination of bread, sauce and cheese.
Meanwhile, Celli tested the Bumbo we just got from a friend.

Yes indeed, the plain cheese was surprisingly delicious for being so simple in ingredients. But the others were also pretty tasty. Well done!
